Selection Process

Admission to the PGDM program is based on marks obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT, personal interviewand Group Discussion.

St. Kabir Institute of Professional Studies (SKIPS) Admission Process

Stage 1. The admissions open advertisement to be published in Newspapers / SKIPS website/ displayed on Institute’s notice board well in time before the admission process starts. Interested candidates can apply by filling up the online application form at SKIPS website or physical application form before the last date.

Stage 2. The application forms to be scrutinized based on the eligibility criteria as mentioned above and a list of eligible candidates will be prepared. The shortlisted candidates to be informed via email and phone to appear for the Group discussion and Interview process at SKIPS Campus at the specified time. 

Stage 3. After the candidate has successfully gone through these rounds, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of the following criteria:

Score of any one the tests i.e. CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT- 35 %

Score for educational performance in X Std., XII Std., Under Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree - 15%

Group Discussion/ Interview - 45%

Weightage for participation in Sports, Extra-curricular activities, Gender diversity - 5 % 

Stage 4. All the merit-positioned candidates will be called for counselling at different time slots depending upon the rank. The seats will be allotted to the candidates who appeared for counseling on merit basis.

The eligible candidates will be then asked to submit the necessary documents and complete the necessary formalities before the last date mentioned.

This process will be repeated till all seats are filled up to the cut -off date of admission.
