- Copy of allotment letter
- DD for Rs. 327500/- in favor of “Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College” Payable at Chennai
- Copy of NEET score Card
- 10 passport size photos, 4 stamp size photos
- Original and 2 copies of 10th & 12th mark sheets,
- TC
- Aadhar card and Migration Certificate ( For Verification )
