• For Category Students: Caste, Caste Validity (OR Proforma H on Rs. 100 non judicial stamp paper), Non-creamy Layer, Income Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• Front Page of Saving Bank account of Student and should be link with Aadhar
• Porforma-C (Admitted through Defence) & Porforma-F/F1 (For Physically Handicapped)
