3. Transfer certificate original (3 attested photocopy)

4. Migation certificate from the university board

5. Certificate from the institution last attended

6. Medical Certificate for ascertaining the blood group

7. Passport size photographs with red background-10

8. Cast certificate and income certificate

9. Seven year study certificate for CET students

10. Copy of the students account detail (if availing for scholarship)

11. Photocopy of Adhar card- 3 number

12. Admission order and entrance detail of any test.
