Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BPharm in Safe Institutes of Pharmacy (SIP) The admission to the BPharm. course is done through the centralized admission process framed by the Vyavasayik Pareeksha Mandal (VYAPAM), Bhopal (M.P.). However, for being eligible for admission, the applicant is required to clear the common entrance examination (Pre Engineering and Pharmacy Test- PEPT) conducted by VYAPAM. Details and the application forms for the appearing in the common entrance test can be obtained from the office of VYAPAM and the date of entrance examination is notify in all leading news papers in the month of May-June every year. Qualifying Examination and Eligibility for Appearing in the Entrance Examination Academic qualifications for admissions: Minimum qualification for admission to first semester of Bachelor of Pharmacy four year’s (Eight semester) course shall be the passing of 10+2 examination or any other equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology conducted by the MP Board of Secondary Education or any other board or university examination recognized as equivalent by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh. Minimum qualification for direct admission to second year of B. Pharma. Shall be first division in Diploma in Pharmacy from any institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. (PCI). Distribution of Seats: As per decided by Government of MP and is published in PEPT, rule book every year. Fees: The tuition fee and other institute charges will be as decided by the Government and as per prescribed norms and directives of the society from time to time. |

Application Procedure for BPharm in Safe Institutes of Pharmacy (SIP) Rules for Admission: 1. The form should be submitted to the address given below: Safe Institute of Pharmacy, Gram Kanadiya, 2. Application must be accompanied by: ü School or College Leaving Certificate (if the applicant is not a student presently), Mark sheet and a Provisional / Passing Certificate of the qualifying examination from the institution last attended. ü Certificate and Mark sheets of any other Degree or Diploma examinations. ü A Character and Conduct Certificate from the Principal of the Institute/School/College last attended. ü Birth Certificate ü Address Proof and Photo- Identity Proof. ü Photographs (10 copies) |
