Eligibility and Selection Procedure for PGDM in SOIL School of Business Design Candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree from recognised university. Minimum marks shall be obtained 50%. 45% in case of candidates, belonging to SC/ST category. Only freshers and candidates with less than 5 years of work experience are ONLY eligible to apply. Selection Process: Valid Score in GMAT /CAT /XAT /MAT and followed by interview. Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. |

Complete the registration process and online application form by making an online payment of Rs. 2,000/-.
Once you complete the payment, you will receive a notification email acknowledging your payment.
The applicant will have to submit their Statement of Purpose (SOP) before their interview dates for consideration for the further steps.
The applicant will have to select a date for their Design Thinking Workshop (A half day immersion where students will solve real-life problems. It is designed to help us appreciate your candidature better and also provide you a glimpse of our innovative approach to teaching and learning.)
Candidates who have eligible will be short listed on the basis of the details filled in the application form and their entrance examination scores. Only the shortlisted candidates will then be called for the Design Thinking Admissions workshop and Personal Interview round.
Design Thinking Workshop
A hands-on, activity-based session built around the Design Thinking process. The students will be taught about the process of design thinking and the ways to practice and implement the learning. The students will then carry out the 5 key processes of design thinking namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test their solutions to a problem. The personal interview round will follow the design thinking workshop

Presentation of Design Thinking & its importance- 15 Min
Student Group Formation & Ice Breaking Activity- 15 Min
Problem Statement Brief- 10 Min
Team Activity for Finding Solutions- 50 Min
Brainstorming activity for finding unique solutions (All the teams)- 30 Min
Break and reassemble- 10 min
Teams present their indiviual ideas- 25 Min
Reflecting as a group (All teams on what they accomplished)- 20 Min
Personal Interview- Slot Wise (Usually takes 1 hour)
Personal Interview
Interviews with short-listed candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry. Interviews last about 45 minutes and you will be asked questions about your background and your aspirations, and how the MBA program fits with your plans.
Students are expected to arrive at the interview location 30 min prior to the interview venue / Be available 30 minutes before if the interview is conducted over skype/zoomPlease bring all your original documents for verification at the interview venue.
Admission Result
Final decisions will be emailed to all candidates within four weeks of taking the interview.
