For Reserve - Pass in 10+2 with minimum  39.5 % in PCM.

Age limit for Reserve / Female - 33 Years.

Selection Process: Valid Score in CGPPHT.

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year: Pass D.Pharm  with  Either 49.5% aggregate / 49.5% in Last Year for General category.

Maximum age milit for General is 32 Years.
For Reserve - Either 44.5% aggregate / 44.5% in Last Year.

Maximum age milit for Reserved/ Female candidates is 35 Years.
