Application form can be downloaded from the website or  DOWNLOAD ADMISSION FORM .The duly completed form can be submitted to the Institute along with a DD of Rs.500/- issued in favor of "Pioneer Institute of Professional Studies" (Payable at Indore).

Application form can be directly obtained from the Institute on payment of Rs.500/- OR can be obtained by Post on payment of Rs.550/-

Documents required at the time of Admission:

1. 10th and 12th Attested Mark Sheet - 2 Set Photocopy

2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC)

3. Original Migration and Eligibility Certificate (If Applicable)

4. Gap Certificate (If Applicable)

5. Domicile Certificate (Photocopy)

6. Cast Certificate - Only in case of SC/ST/OBC/Minority category students

7. Income Certificate - Only in case of SC/ST/OBC/Minority category students

8. Passport Size Photographs - 7 Photographs

9. Anti-Ragging Affidavit duly filed online at Aman Movement Website OR Anti Ragging Website (As per the directions received from UGC, now Anti-Ragging Affidavit is not required to be notarized on stamp paper; instead it is to be submitted online and hard copy to be provided to the Institute)
