2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC)

5. Domicile Certificate (Photocopy)

6. Cast Certificate (Photocopy) - Only in case of SC/ST/OBC/Minority category students

7. Income Certificate (Photocopy) - Only in case of SC/ST/OBC/Minority category students

8. Passport Size Photograph - 7 Photographs

10. Anti-Ragging Affidavit duly filed online at Aman Movement Website OR Anti Ragging Website (As per the directions received from UGC, now Anti-Ragging Affidavit is not required to be notarized on stamp paper; instead it is to be submitted online and hard copy to be provided to the Institute)
