Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BPharm in Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Science i) He/She should attain the age of 17 years or more on 31st Dec of academic year. The age shall be determined as per entry in the Matriculation/Secondary school or its equivalent examination certificate. ii) Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/ central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M.) and or Biology (P.C.B./ P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations. Selection Process: Entrance Test Conducted by University Pharmacy Lateral entry (Second year) (LEET): A pass in D. Pharm. Course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. |

NEET Exam Application fees:
OBC/ General Rs.1400/- with Late Fee Rs.2800/- (Rs.1400 + 1400)
SC/ ST/ PH Rs.750/- with Late Fee Rs.2150/- (Rs.750 + 1400)
Payment Method:
Candidates can make the necessary fee payment either through online or offline process:
Online process: You can pay the necessary fees through debit/credit card using online payment gateway.
Offline process: You can make the payment through bank challan.

(a) Fill in the on-line application form Step-1 and note down the registration number/ application id from the official website.
(b) The candidate have to Upload photograph, signature and Right Hand Index Finger impression in JPG format at Step-2 of the application. If you have problem in uploading/ Size etc. please comment below.
(c) Make payment of fee through PayTM/ FreeCharge/ SBI Buddy/ Debit/Credit Card/ e-challan/Net Banking/e-wallet(CSC) in Step-3.
(d) Take print out of Confirmation page(s) at Step-4 of online application format and preserve it for future reference along with copy of proof of fee deposited, if fee is deposited through e-challan/e-wallet (CSC) mode.
For MD MS
Admission Process shall be carried out through Physical Counseling the basis of relative merit in NEET-PG & NEET-MDS.
On-line registration-cum-counselling fee is Rs. 3000/- (Registration &Counseling fee) for General Category candidates and Rs. 750/- (Registration & Counseling fee) for SC/BC candidates of Haryana State. Registration cum counselling fee is non-refundable.
On-line registration-cum-Counselling fee shall be deposited by the candidate through Net Banking/ Online Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. Additional Bank Charges shall be borne by the candidate. The outcome of different rounds will be displayed on the websiteswww.uhsr.ac.in, www.pgimsrohtak.nic.in & www.uhspgadmissions.in asper admission schedule. No individual allotment letter will be sent to the candidates.
Candidates must take print-out of their online Application Form. The printout has to be signed and submitted at the time of reporting for admission. Candidates will also produce all the relevant certificates in original including registration, fee receipt for verification, a signed print out of their online application form generated from the website before Admission Committee before reporting in the institute.
