Candidate should ahve passed 10+2 with 45% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Electronics/Biotechnology and English as one of the languages of study.

Age: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.

Lateral Entry (B.Pharm):  

  • D.Pharm Marks cards -Original + 3 attested copies
  • D.Pharm Completion Certificate – Original + 3 attested copies
  • Industrial Training Certificate -Original + 3 attested Copies
  • PCI Registration Certificate Original + 3 attested Copies

You should ensure that you have filled in all the required information.

Please ensure that you have submitted the following documents along with the form. Attested photocopies of:

  • 12th std. marks card / pass certificate
  • 10th std. pass certificate for proof of date of birth.
  • Registration fee of Rs 500/- by DD favoring “Nitte University” payable at Mangalore.
  • Aadhar Card copy of the student.
