Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MCA in Nirma University The student should have been graduated from the University of Gujarat State or any recognized examinations considered equivalent by the Nirma University with minimum % of marks under 10+2+3 pattern as prescribed by the Govt. of Gujarat from time to time. The candidate must have passed Std. XII (HSC) examination or its equivalent examination with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects. However, the candidate who has taken one of these subjects during graduation will also be eligible. Lateral Entry- Dutaion-2 years: The candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in stream of Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Science (IT) or Bachelor of Science (Computer) with minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST/SEBC category candidates) shall be eligible for lateral entry admission in the 3rd Semester of the MCA programme. Selection Process: Selection process is as per ACPC guidelines. |

Nirma University (NU) Admission Procedure
Online application form is available on the website Online Application URLand same should be filled with correct information (as per the instruction) and make payment by Net banking / Credit card / Debit card.
Applicants need to fill their information in the online application form available on the website along with the non-refundable application processing fee of Rs.3000/- only. The payment should be made online by credit card/debit card /net banking.
The following documents are to be produced at time of personal interview:
- S.S.C. Examination (Std. X) Mark-sheet
- H.S.C. Examination (Std. XII) Mark-sheet
- School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate
- Diploma Examination Mark-sheet, if applicable
- Latest Passport Size Photograph of the applicants
- Proof of Residence of Sponsor (applicable to NRI Sponsored applicant)
- Passport of self and his/her mother and / or father (applicable to NRI applicant)
- Affidavit from Sponsoring person
- Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (if an applicant has passed qualifying examination from outside India)
- Passport of Sponsoring person (having signature of Sponsor) (applicable to NRI Sponsored applicant)
- Any other relevant certificate
