To fillup the online application form click on the Registration for NAT link asprovided in the college web portal www.niisinst.com and enter the details asgiven. Before starting of registration, please make a draft of Rs. 200/ - (Rupeesof One Hundred Only) in favour of “NIIS Institute of Information Science &Management”, payable at Bhubaneswar. During filling of online registrationform please enter the draft number along with the issuing bank name and dateof issue. After submission of application form, it shows your confirmation aboutthe existing data. If you have been agreed then it submits the data to collegeserver and allows you to print the confirmation page. After printing paste thepassport size photograph in the specified location of the confirmation page andsend the same along with the draft at the college address given below foroffice use.For details contact:

Documents need at the time of Admission:

• College Leaving Certificate (CLC) / School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Conduct Certificate in original from the Institution last attended.
•  Xerox copies of all Certificates and Marksheets.
•  Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates in original.
•  Migration Certificate if applicable.
•  3-Passport size Photographs and 2 Stamp size Photographs
•  Original Certificates and Marksheets of all examinations are essential for verification.
