Candidate can visit the admission office at Selaqui, Dehradun to collect application form by paying Rs. 750/- through cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Maya Devi Educational Foundation, payable at Dehradun.

Submit to the institute

Following list of documents is attached with the admission form

1. Minimum qualifying exam certificates/mark sheets.

2. Certificate relevant to claim, a reserved category seats (CS/ST/OBC Physically Handicapped/Other-Income Certificate in original to be submitted

3. Character Certificate from the institution last attended (in original)

4. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate (in original)

5. “No objection certificate” from the employer, if employed

6. If there is a gap of more than one session, after passing last examination, please Furnish affidavit for the same

7. UTU / AIEEE Examination Marksheet for B.Tech. program

8. Migration / Transfer Certificate

9. Date of birth certificate
