Nationality: Indian nationals.
Date of Birth: Candidate should born on or before 31.12.2002 .
Qualification: Candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, English with Biology / Mathematics as optional subjects from a recognized Board, with at least 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent in PCB / PCM.

Selection Process: Valid Score in Manipal Entrance Test (MET).

Lateral Entry- Duration 3 year:  Candidate should hold Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India.

Selection Process: Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and there is no Entrance Test for this course.
