Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BPharm in MS Ramaiah University of Applied ScienceCandidates who have passed two year P.U.C examination of Karnataka P.U.C Board or an equivalent examination of any other approved Board or University with not less than 40% marks in any combination comprising PCM or PCB (minimum eligibility should be based on the aggregate of P.C.M or P.C.B) or P.C.M.B, P.C and computer science, P.C and electronics.
Note: In respect of Candidates who have taken P.C.M.B, combination of the aggregate of P.C.M or P.C.B. whicheveris higher shall be considered for the purpose of admission.
Admission to II year/ III semester Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) shall be open to candidates who hold a diploma in pharmacy.
Selection Process:Admission to Govt. of Karnataka Quota (40%)
Through Common Entrance Test (CET) Conducted by Govt. of Karnataka. Details Available with Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)- Bangalore
Admission to University Quota (60% of the seats)
Note: up to 15% of seats are reserved for NRI / Foreign students
The students aspiring for admission under University quota are required to appear Uni-GAUGE (www.unigauge.com ) examination conducted on all India basis and submit Uni-GAUGE score card along with the admission application.
Foreign / NRI students seeking admissions required to meet the eligibility criteria.
In case Uni-GAUGE examination is not conducted for Pharmacy courses, aspiring students can seek admission directly with the University.
