Selection Process

Admission to the UG/ PG program is based on score obtained in  JIIT-UGET or CUET-UG conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

For Direct admission candidate should secured minimum 75% marks or equivalent in 10+2 examination.

For B.Tech. program candidate will be given admission throug JEE MAIN.

Admission to the M.Tech program is based on marks obtained in GATE /PGET.

Admission to the Ph.D program is based on rank secured in NET/ SLET/ UGC/CSIR (JRF) or equivalent national level examination. 

Admission Process 

Interested candidate may visit official website of the institute to apply online.

Candidate can go to the admission counter of all Jaypee Universities to apply off-line.

Application forms can also be obtained by post by sending a demand draft  in in favour of  Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, payable at Noida/ Delhi. 

For M.Tech program, GATE qualified candidate may apply directly and Non GATE qualified candidates should clear the PGET conducted by the university.

If a candidate is applying under JEE (Main) category and also wants to apply under NRI Category/ 10+2 marks based admission to B. Tech. in Bioinformatics  programs, the candidate must apply separately by paying the required application fee.

After 15-20 days of submission of the application form, candidates shall be able to see the receipt details of their applications and essential data on the website.

Candidates are advised to keep with them the original receipt of the Speed Post/ Registered Post issued by the post office and photocopy of the filled-in Application Form for future reference.
