Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BPharm in Jaya Group of Institutions Candidate should pass 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany/ Zoology) with minimum 50% marks. In case of SC/ST the minimum marks for admission shall be 40%. The candidates should have completed the Age of 17 years at the time of admission.

On completing the form an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile no.
Click on “Verify OTP” link.
Now fill your personal details in the registration form and submit it.
Log in to your account and click on “Online Admissions” link.
Fill in the application form.
Upload all the documents in .jpg format.
Submit the application form.
Pay fee online.
Filled registration form should be reached to the university admission office before due date.
Mode of Payment: There is the option of making the payment of fees bank charges through the online mode as no other mode of payments will be entertained.
