2. For the course  enclosed10th & 12th Marksheet photocopies.
3. Enclosed 8 recent Passport size Photographs.
4. A note, in about seventy five words, indicating why you want to join the programme you have applied for.
5. A Demand Draft for Rs. 1000/- ( Draft should be In favour of ‘ISOMES', Payable at Noida ) should be send along with dully filled up application form
6. Send the completed Application Form to ISOMES
