Selection Process

Admission to the UG program is based on marks obtained in 10+2 exam.

For B.Ed course, admission only through state level common entrance exam conduct by U P states universities.

For MCA and MBA program, candidate should secure valid score in UPSEE, group discussion and interview. some seats are availbe under management quota. (Admission is given on the basis of merit of marks obtained in qualifying exam).

For PGDM program, candidate should secure valid score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT / ATMA , group discussion and interview.

Admission Process

Interested candidate may visit institute admission office to get admission form or  can download from institute website and take print out.

Candidate need to fill downloaded form properly and submit in person or can post to the institute.

Candidate need to pay application form fee Rs. 750/- in cash or through Demand Draft Rs. 800/-.

Demand Draft should be made in favor of “Institute of Management and Research” payable at Ghaziabad.

Attach the necessary deocuments with along with DD.

PGDM Admission Process

Application and Prospectus fee is Rs. 1,500/-

confirmation of admission form will be received on mail-I’d.

Candidates need to update their entrance test percentiles  CAT/ XAT/  GMAT/ CMAT/  MAT) in the online application form after the same is declared for preparation of final selection list based on merit.

Every applicant should submit a self attested photocopy of each of the following documents at the time of the selection process failing which his/her candidature will be rejected:

  • Mark List of Class 10th
  • Mark List of Class 10+2
  • Mark List of Graduation (all years/ semesters)
  • •core card of CAT/GMAT/XAT/CMAT /MAT whichever applicable
  • Work Experience certificate (if applicable) from a registered company having turnover of Rs. 20 Crores or more in the preceding financial year.

The work experience should be in executive or supervisory role for a minimum period of one year.

Corporate sponsorship certificate (if applicable)

NRI/NRI sponsorship documents (if applicable) as prescribed

Domicile Certificate from Competent Authority (if applicable)

Proof of Nationality for International student

Final selection list is prepared taking into account the candidate’s:

  • Past academic performance
  • Entrance test scores (CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ CMAT/ MAT)
  • Performance in Personal Interview
  • Performance at Corporate (Manpower) in Group Discussion, F2F Round and Writing Ability Test based on their respective weightages.
  • Work Experience (if applicable)
  • Other parameters, wherever applicable, as per the weightages table

The selected candidates are to deposit the first installment of tuition fee within the given time frame in the offer letter to ensure their admission, failing which the offer is passed on to the waitlisted candidates. The fee for boarding/lodging would be given separately at a later date.

Institute does not entertain any request for extension of the deadline for submission of fee.

How to make payment

The payment must be made through cash/ demand draft drawn in favor of “Institute of Management & Research” and payable at Ghaziabad.
