Selection Process
Admission to the PGDM program is based on rank obtained in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT + GD-PI + Written Test.
Admission to the MCA program is based on rank obtained in UPSEE.
Admission to the Ph.D is based on marks obtained in Entrance Exam.
Admission Process
Step- 1: Application form can also be filled on-line at our website by paying an amount of Rs. 1100/-
Application form can be downloaded from the Website, filled by the candidate and sent to IMS along with a D.D. of Rs. 1100/- in favor of IMS Ghaziabad, payable at Delhi.
Application form can be purchased from the counter at IMS Ghaziabad by paying Rs. 1100/-
Application form can be obtained by sending a DD of Rs. 1150/- in favor of IMS Ghaziabad, payable at Delhi.
List of Documents Required to attach with Application form:
- Attested copy of CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/CMAT/ATMA score.
- Certificate and Mark Sheet of qualifying examination passed.
- Relevant certificate to verify date of birth.
Step 2: Submission of Form:
Offline: Applicant need to send the duly filled in form to IMS Ghaziabad, i.e. Institute of Management Studies, Lal Quan, GT Road, Ghaziabad – 201009 Uttar Pradesh (NCR).
Online: Applicants can submit the application form online at http://54.169.142.172
Step-3: Call for GD-PIVenue & Time Schedule shall be available on our website (URL: https://ims-ghaziabad.ac.in/admission/gd-pi-centres)
Step-4: List of the shortlisted candidates will be declared within 3 working days from the date of GD-PI held.
Step-5: Fees Submission: A period of one month would be given, to the selected candidates from the day of declaration of the result to submit the first installment.

How to Apply
Please follow the steps for selection in Doctoral Program at IMS Ghaziabad
Step 1: Download and print the IMS registration form for provisional association as Research Scholar with IMS Ghaziabad. Fill up the form with details including payment details of registration fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand Only). Scan the form and email to phd@imsgzb.com

Step 2: After Step-1 has been completed, Apply at Jamia Hamdard website by filling-up Jaima Admission Form online at the following link. While applying, indicate your preference for “Executive Ph. D. Program in Management”
Step 3: While filling, locate “MoU” tab and fill “IMS Ghaziabad”
Step 4: Fill the rest of the application and submit.
Step 5: Send a copy of submitted application form to phd@imsgzb.com
