State by sending attested copy of the caste certificate issued by the competent Authority) in shape of crossed Demand Draft in favour of "Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur (C.G.)" payable in Raipur along with self addressed envelop (23"x10") affixed with postal stamps of Rs. 20/-.
