Application Procedure for PGDM in ITM Business School - Chennai The application form should be duly filled out in its entirety. Incomplete forms shall be rejected. You must keep a photocopy of the filled application form for future reference. Once the application form is accepted by ITM, an application ID will be communicated to you, which must be quoted in all future correspondence. Please do not send original or photocopies of documents/marksheets along with the application form. You will be required to submit attested photocopies of required marksheets & certificates during the GD/PI process. Please do not send original certificates. Where to send filled up application forms: Purchased, Completed applications must be sent to the Admissions Office at the address below, along with a cheque / DD of Rs.1000/- favouring “Institute for Technology and Management” payable at Mumbai, towards application processing charge.
