Admission Process

Interested candidate should obtained application form and prospectus from the institute on payment of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred) only either in person or by sending DD of Rs. 550/- (Five hundred & fifty) only  drawn in favour of Harkamaya College of Education payable at Gangtok.

Submit downloaded form along with DD of application form cost.

The application should be attached with the following documents. 

1. Original (for verification) and photocopies of marksheets and certificates of all examinations passed.

2. One copy of date of birth certificate.

3. Relieve order from the authority if employed.

4. Migration Certificate in original. ( Students passing from Sikkim university need not submit migration certificate)

5. One copy of University registration certificate for the candidates passing from Sikkim University.

6. Three copies of passport size photographs.

7. Caste certificate for ST/ SC/OBC candidates.

8. Copy of Intimation Letter.

9. College leaving certificate.
