1. Admission order issued by KEA.

2. II PUC / 12 th Standard Marks Card.

3. Proof of Date of Birth (SSLC / 10th Std Marks Card).

4. Caste Certificate in case of Reserved Category.

5. Seven years Study Certificate in Karnataka.

6. Certificate of special category.

7. Transfer Certificate.

8. Migration Certificate shall be submitted by non-Karnataka Students only.

9. Recent Photo 's : Passport (6 no's) , Stamp Size (2 no’s).
