BPT Admission Process

Candidate seeking admission to the BPT course under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences should fill in the application form, which can be downloaded from the Application Download section on this page, and the filled-in application is to be sent to

Karnataka along with a demand draft for Rs. 750/- (Rupees Five Hundred) drawn in favour of Dr. M.V. Shetty Memorial Trust, Mangalore payable at Mangalore being the application and prospectus fee of Rs. 500/- and a registration Fee of Rs. 250/- ( Total Rs. 750/- ).

Attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application form: 

• 10th Certificate
• Marks cards of the qualifying examination 10+2 or both 11th and 12th
• Marks cards of Bachelor Degree Examinations for the admission into PG courses
• Pass certificate of 10+2 issued by the examination conducting authority
• Transfer certificate issued by the College/School
• Conduct certificate issued by the Principal
• Date of birth in Indian Almanac (A.D.)

MPT Admission Process

The candidate has to make the application to the University with the following documents along with the prescribed fee.

The College may be contacted for obtaining the eligibility certificate.

1. BPT or B.Sc. (PT) provisional/degree certificate issued by the respective university

2. Marks cards of all the university examinations passed.

3. Proof of SC/ST or category-1 as the case may be.
