Application forms and prospectus shall be available in the institute on all working days between 9.00am to 6.00pm on payment of Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) in cash or by means of demand draft/banker’s cheque drawn on any commercial bank in the favour of DRIEMS payable at Cuttack.

The application forms duly filled in by the candidates in their hand writing should reach the institute by the stipulated date along with the necessary documents.

The enquiry form which is available on the website can also be filled up and sent in order to obtain the application form.
