3. Certificate of Indian Nationality & Domicile Certificate
4. S.S.C.  & H.S.C. Mark sheets  
5. Graduation Final Year Mark sheet & Degree Certificate
6. Date of Birth proof ( from academic institution/college )
7. Gap Certificate(if graduated before Mar/Apr/May 2015)
8. Transference Certificate should submit within 30 days from admission date (T.C. form should be collected from office).
9. Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate or Proforma "H" on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper for Reserved Category Candidates
10. Non Creamy Layer Certificate valid upto 31st March, 2015 (if candidate belongs to VJ/DT(A)/NT(B)/NT(C)/NT(D)/OBC/SBC category
11. Certificate in Proforma A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H & I ( as applicable )
12. P.G. Registration form, Admission Form  & Undertaking (to be supplied by office)
13. Passport size Photograph (2 copies)
14. Aadhar Card / Enrolment Receipt
15. Fees by Demand Draft only in favour of “ Chetana’s R.K. Inst. Of Mgmt. & Res.”

B) Candidates Graduated from other than Mumbai University should submit 5 SETS OF ATTESTED COPIES of following documents along with ORIGINALS.

1. Seat Allotment Letter (Computer Print Out)
2. CMAT Final Score Card & CMAT Hall Ticket /OR
3. CAT Score Card along with Converted Score attested by DTE
4. Certificate of Indian Nationality  
5. Domicile certificate (if applicable)
6. S.S.C.  & H.S.C. Mark sheets 
7. Graduation  Mark sheet [All Semester wise /Year wise ] & Degree Certificate
8. Date of Birth proof ( from academic institution/college )
9. Gap Certificate (if graduated before  Mar/April/May 2015)
10. Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate or Proforma "H" on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper for Reserved Category Candidates
11. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up to 31st March, 2015 ( if candidate belongs to VJ/DT(A)/NT(B)/NT(C)/NT(D)/OBC/SBC category )
12. Certificate in Proforma A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H & I ( as applicable )
13. Migration Certificate (should submit within 30 days from admission date)
