Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MBA in Central Agricultural UniversityCandidate should hold a Degree of B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture / Horticulture or B.Sc.(Agri.)/ (Hort.) from an ICAR recognized Institution.
All Applicants should have obtained a minimum OGPA of at least 6.60/10.00 in 10 pts scale, 3.25/5.00 in five point scale, 2.60/4.00 in four scale for General, OBC & UPS categories, whereas for SC/ ST/ PC categories the said requirement is an OGPA of at least 5.6/10.00, 2.75/ 5.00, 2.20/ 4.00 respectively.
Where grade points are not awarded and only marks are awarded, the candidate must have secured at least 60% marks for General, OBC and UPS categories, whereas for SC/ ST /PC categories, the requirement is 50% marks.
The candidates having passed Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years duration will not be considered for admission in any PG Programs.
- The selection of candidates will be based on the Entrance Examination marks (40% Weightage) and academic performance in UG Examination (40% Weightage) High School (10% Weightage) & Senior Secondary (10+2) (10% Weightage) level Examinations.

- Through ICAR AIEEA
- Through Self-Financed Seat
85% of the total seats are allotted under State Nomination as per reservation policy of the concerned states.
15% seats are reserved for candidates from all over India through AIEEA Entrance Exam strictly with ICAR reservation policy.
Self-Financed Programs which is open for all the candidates from all over India. University may either conduct entrance test or selection may be based on the AIEEA score.
