Admission Process

Online

Visit institute website click on the " New User Registration"  Keep your credentials for future use.

Login & read the instruction carefully before proceed. Student may download the admission prospectus (if necessary).

Fill the online application form by clicking “Apply Online”

Documents to be uploaded

a. Scanned Marksheet of last qualifying exam

b. Scanned Copy of certificate for reservation seat.

c. Recent coloured front-facing passport photograph

d. Full signature.

For the payment of application Rs. 250/- keep your ATM/Debit/Credit Card ready.

Take two printouts (Applicant copy and College Copy) of the receipt and application form required to produce at the time of admission. 

Candidates wishing to avail reserved seats should select the abbreviated form of the category/categories like SC/ST/PWD/ESM/SDP/COM as applicable to him/her.

Documents to Be Verified at the time of Admission

1. System generated online application.

2. System generated online money receipt towards application fees.

3. Copy of Intimation Letter/Message/E-mail.

4. The original and one photocopy of the mark sheet of  10+2/equivalent examination.

5. The original and two photocopies of the mark sheet of HS/equivalent examination/Bachelor’s Degree Examination, whichever is applicable.

6. The original and one photocopy of  10th Certificate.

7. The original School/College Leaving Certificate.

8. The original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.

9. The original and one photocopy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.

10. The original and one photocopy of Certificate in support of claim, if any for reservation.

11. The original and one photocopy of Resident Certificate, if applicable.

All Photocopies of documents shall be self attested by the Candidate only. 

Offline

Form and Prospectus: (a) Application Form cum Prospectus can be available at the College counter on payment of Rs. 350/-(Rupees Three Hundred Fifty) only in cash between 11.00 AM to 2.00 PM on all working days.

(b) Application Forms and Prospectus can also be obtained by post on payment of  Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred) only each through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal, B J B Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar – 751014 payable at S.B.I, Bapuji Nagar Branch, Bhubaneswar along with two self- addressed unstamped envelope of 30 cms. x 12 cms. Size.

(c) Separate forms should be submitted for separate courses.

(d) Form(s) can be down loaded from www.bjbcollege.in and submit as per clause (b) above

Documents to be submitted along with application form:

(a) Attested photocopy of the money receipt for Application Form and prospectus.

(b) Application Form duly filled in and signed by the candidate and by his/her father/guardian at the places specified for the purpose.

(c) Acknowledgment Card duly filled in and full postal address written on the reverse.

(d) Intimation Card with applicant’s address written in capital letters at the space provided.

(e) Two unstamped self-addressed envelope of 23 cms x 11 cms size.

(f) Attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheet of HSC/equivalent examination and HS / equivalent examination / Degree examination.

(g) Attested photocopies of certificates in support of reservation of SC/ST/GSOT/PH/BR/ESM/SDP/COM.

(h) Permanent Resident Certificate, if applicable.

(i) Both copies of duly filled Admit Card.
