1. DD Favouring AIMCS,Agra for Semester Fees including Examination Fee (Not Applicable to SC,ST Candidate having Annual Income up to Rs. 2 Lekh).
2. Two Set of Self Attested Photocopies with original MarkSheets/Certificates.
3. Character Certificate from the Institute Last Attended.
4. Transfer /Migration Certificate as Applicable.
5. Five Recent Passport size Colored Photograph & Five self Addressed Enevelops (9 “  X    4”  size).
6. Letter of Merit from UPSEE/CAT/MAT/others.
7. Caste Certificate.
8. Domicle certificate from the candidate if he/she has graduate from a University outside Uttar-Pradesh.
