Candidate should hold a B.Tech/B.E Degree  in Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ instrumentation/ Electronics & communication/ Biomedical Engineering/ EI & C/ M.Sc.(Electronics)/ Electrical & Electronics.

Minimum marks shall be obtained 55%.

In case of SC/ST of Rajasthan, minimum marks shall be obtained 50%.

Selection Process: Candidates with qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UGC/AIU/UPSC/AICTE (e.g. AMIE by Institute of Engineers (India); AMICE by Institute of Civil Engineers (India); IEE) as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.

Candidates having M.Sc., MCA and are seeking admission to certain M.Tech. programs should posses valid and qualified GATE score of the relevant branch.
