Submit filed application form with attached documents to the college admission office.

1. Attested copy of the Mark sheet of H.S. (10+2) examination

2. Attested copy of the Mark sheet of Madhyamik examination

3. Attested copy of the Admit card of H.S. (+2) examination

4. Attested copy of the Admit card of Madhyamik examination

5. Attested copy of the Nationality/PRTC Certificate

6. Original copy of the last School Leaving Certificate (SLC)

7. Attested copy of the Caste Certificate issued by the office of SDM in case of SC/ST/OBC

8. Income Certificate form competent authority (in case of SC/ST/OBC from D.C. or S.D.M.)

9. Original Migration Certificate in case of migrated students

10. Recent Photograph (5 passport size and 1 stamp size)
