1. Original  10+2 C or 10th standard equivalent Mark Card

2. Original Marks Card of qualifying examination (all the years)

3. Score card of MAT/KMAT/CMAT/PGCET

4. Original Transfer Certificate (from the institution last attended)

5. Original Conduct Certificate (from the institution last attended)

6. Provisional Pass Certificate from (from the University)

7. Study Certificate / Caste Certificate / Eligibility Certificate / Migration Certificate (Whichever applicable)

8. Address Proof Document : Aadhar Card / Voter ID

9. Photograph (6 colour Passport Size)
