Xavier School of Communications (XSC) offers following programs for the academic year 2021-2022 

B.Sc. (Hons) in Mass Communication (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass in 10+2 exam  in any discipline, with at least 55% marks in aggregate. 

Final year 10+2 students, who expect their final results by May of academic year, can also apply. 

Selection Process: The eligible candidates will have to appear for a written test and/ or Personal Interview at the School of Communications, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.

Fees: Rs. 86,000/- Per Semester

M.A (2 year)

Specialization:

• Advertising & Marketing Communication
• Corporate Communication & Public Relations
• Journalism (Print & Electronic Media)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a three-year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June can also apply.

Selection Process: Final selection of the candidates will be on the basis of admission test and/or personal interview score and academic performance.

Fees: Rs. 85,000/- Per Semester

PG Diploma in Broadcast Journalism

PG Diploma in Film & TV Production

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a three-year Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.

Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June of academic year, can also apply.

Selection Process: Final selection of the candidates will be on the basis of admission test and/ or personal interview score, and academic performance.

Fees: Rs. 5,40,000/- Total

XSC: Admission Process 2021

Step 1:  Fill-up the Registration Details to create and receive by email, your XUB ID/Login ID and password.

Step 2:  Login and fill-up the Personal Details, Academic Details, and upload your photo & signature, and choose the program/s you want to apply for and Submit.

Step 3:  Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway. (Application fee is Rs. 1,300/- for one program, and additional Rs. 300/- each for every additional program of the same School or other Schools. Use the same Login ID/form to apply for multiple UG programs.)

Keep the following ready before you start filling the form: 

1. Scanned / digital images of your passport size photo in JPEG format, with dimensions of about 200x250 pixels and within 50 kb in size.

2. A Scanned copy of your signature in JPEG format, with dimensions of about 250x125 pixels and within 50 KB in size.

3. Bank account/debit card details for carrying out the on-line payment transaction.
