NIIT University (NU) offers for the following UG, Integrated, PG and Ph.D Programs for the academic year 2023-2024

UG Programs

B.Tech (4 year)

Specialization:

• Biotechnology
• Computer Science & Engineering
• Cyber Security
• Data Science
• Electronics & Communication Engineering 

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% in five subjects compulsory subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (PCM/ PCB) & English.

Physics, Chemistry and English is mandatory subject.

Fourth Subject in 10+2- any one: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics, Agriculture, Business Studies, Entrepreneurship, Technical Vocational subject.

For Biotechnology - Physics, Chemistry and English is mandatory subject.

Fourth Subject in 10+2- any one: Biology, Biotechnology, Mathematics

The fifth can be a subject of applicant’s choice.

Selection Process: Valid Score in JEE main/ BITSAT/ SAT/ NEET/ Any State Engineering Entrance Examination.

For Applicants not having any of the above scores the NUAT will be mandatory.

Applicants having valid JEE main/ BITSAT/ SAT/ NEET/Any State Engineering Entrance Examination Rank/Score are strongly recommended to take NUAT and the better of the two scores (second being NUAT)  will be considered.

Fees: Rs. 3,24,000/- Per Year

BBA (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should pass 10+2 exam from recognised board.

Minimum marks shall be secured 50%.

Class 12 (Required subjects) English and any 3 subjects from History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Business Studies, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, Legal Studies, Knowledge Tradition & Practices of India, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Informatics Practices, Biology or Biotechnology, Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering Graphics, Agriculture, Technical vocational subject Fifth subject can be of student’s choice.

Selection Process: Valid Score in NIIT University Aptitude Test.

Integrated M.Sc. (4 year)

PG Programs

M.Tech. Geographic Information Systems (2 year)

Eligibility: Applicants to NU’s MTech GIS program must have a Master’s Degree (or must be completing their Master’s Degree in the current academic year) in any one of the following disciplines:

The applicant must have scored first division in any two exams out of their Class 10th,  Class 10th+2 or bachelors, and second division in the third examination.

Applicants must have secured minimum 50% in relevant Bachelor’s Degree.

Selection Process: Valid Score in NIIT University Entrance Test.

Fees: Rs. 2,38,400/- Per Year

Research Programs

Ph.D (3 year)

Eligibility: Candidate should hold a Master’s Degree in Sciences/ Engineering/ Technology with a good academic record.

Selection Process: B.Tech/ BE Degree holders with a minimum of CGPA of 8.87 on a 10.0 point scale, or with a valid GATE Score.

International Students:  Foreign nationals can register as residential students only. Foreign nationals with degrees from Indian universities will be treated at par with Indian nationals for admission purposes.

Foreign nationals with foreign degrees should meet the minimum educational requirements as mentioned above with equivalent Indian degrees in the relevant disciplines.

Selection Process: They should have a valid score in GRE/ GMAT/ GATE/  JMET/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ UGC or  CSIR/ NET/ JRF or an equivalent examination.

They should have secured the required TOEFL score.

They should have working knowledge pertaining to the domain.

Fees: Rs. 1,10,000/- Per Year

NIIT University (NU) Admission Process 2023

Applying for B.Tech at NU is a simple process that can be completed in one sitting.

Please go to https://nucleus.niituniversity.in/applicant/login.aspx and create an account for yourself by providing the details specified in the registration form. And then proceed to fill in the Online Application Form.

Keep a note of the following before you start filling the application form:

Provide a valid email address as this will function as your Username when you login again. Further all future correspondence will be done on this email address.

Keep scanned copies of the following as you will be asked to upload them as you fill the application form:

• Class 10th Mark Sheet
• Class 10th Certificate
• Class 10th+2 (or equivalent) Mark Sheet
• Class 10th+2 (or equivalent) Certificate
• JEE/ BITSAT/ SAT/ Any other state engineering entrance examination Score Card or Admit Card (if test has not yet been taken or results have not been declared)
• Colour Photograph

If you are appearing for Class 10th+2 (or equivalent) Examinations, submit a self-attested copy of the admit card of the same. If you have not received the admit card, you will be required to upload it the same as soon as you receive it.

If you have applied for Early Admissions, you may not have applied to take any engineering entrance examination. In this case, you will be required to take NUET (NU Engineering Test). You can proceed to complete the application form without uploading score card/ admit card.

In case you are not planning to take any engineering entrance examination, you will be required to take NUET (NU Engineering Test)

Keep credit card/ debit card/ net banking details handy to pay the Application Processing Fee (Rs. 1,500/-)
